Veittur er 14 daga skilaréttur við kaup á vöru gegn því að framvísað sé sölureikningi sem sýnir með fullnægjandi hætti hvenær varan var keypt. Varan þarf að vera ónotuð, í fullkomnu lagi og í sínum upprunalegu óskemmdu umbúðum þegar henni er skilað. 
Við skil á vöru er miðað við upprunalegt verð hennar, nema viðkomandi vara sé á útsölu eða á sértilboði við vöruskil. Þá er miðað við verð vörunnar þann dag sem henni er skilað. Sé vara gölluð er viðskiptavinum boðin ný vara í staðinn og greiðum við allan sendingakostnað sem um ræðir eða endurgreiðum ef þess er krafist. Sendingar kostnaður er ekki endurgreiðanlegur.
Að öðru leiti vísast til laga um húsgöngn og fjarsölusamninga nr.46/2000 og laga um neytendakaup.

To exchange or return products

You can return the products within 14 days from purchasing date but you will need to present a sales invoice that clearly states the purchasing date of the product. The product needs to be unused, in perfect condition and in its original undamaged packaging upon return. The return of the product is based on its original price, unless the product is on sale or special offer when it is returned. Then its price is based upon the returning date’s price. If the product is defective we offer our customers a replacement and pay the entire shipping cost or refund the product if required. Shipping costs and postal fees are non-refundable.
This contract is in line with Icelandic legislation. Any legal actions in regards to it will be brought before the District Court of Reykjavik.
