These glass beads are a historically correct replica of glass beads that have been found from the time of the Vikings in Iceland.

This type of glass bead has been found during an archeological excavation at Ytri-Garðshorn. The glass bead is of the type B and dates from the period around 950-960 and later.

Þessar glerperlur eru sögulega réttar endurgerðir af glerperlum sem fundist hafa frá tíð Víkinga á Íslandi.
