These glass beads are handmade by the glassblower Fanndís Huld and are a historically correct replica of glass beads that have been found from the time of the Viking period in Iceland.

The glass bead is of the type B090O and dates from the period around 960-1000 or from the beginning of the 11th century

Þessi týpa af glerperlu hefur fundist við fornleifauppgröft á Hvítárholti.
Glerperlan er af gerðinni B090O og er frá tímabilinu um 960-1000 eða frá byrjun 11.aldar.
